So I did the valsalva maneuver yesterday without even thinking about it. This kind of thing happens to me a lot. I do something what seems innocent and then a day later I start reading all sorts of stuff about it and I'm like.. shit here we go again..
So I was walking my dog yesterday and without thinking I decided to do the valsalva. This morning when I was kickboxing, like always I used earplugs. My tinnitus seems a different pitch. More like an eeee than a static sound. It's much more annoying. Is this because of the valsalva?
I did it once and not even hard. I'm stressing again. How can one possibly know all this by oneself?? Please help

I don't need to, because I can open my tubes voluntarily by flexing my throat muscles. I stand by my original advice. If it caused a spike, it will pass.
