I Hate Tinnitus

hello everyone, hello sufferers. have had tinnitus for seven years now, tried almost everything there is, music, medicin, therapy, living in areas where you can hear a bird breathe, no chance, i am down to using nasal spray now, i get one good day a week. but i pay the price the second day. anybody tried any new medecine????? please let me know.
