I Hear a Pulse in My Ear When Lying on Bed — Should I Be Worried?

Hi,

I have had tinnitus for 3 years and some months.

Lately when I am about to rest or sleep on my bed, sometimes I hear like a pulse in my ear,
sometimes in my right ear and sometimes in my left ear.

But mostly after stress, not always.

Should I be worried or is it normal?

Does this pulse has something to do with my tinnitus or is it unrelated?

And what is the most common cause for this pulse sound?
