I Started with Pulsatile Tinnitus in Left Ear; Now I Have Non-Pulsatile Tinnitus in Right Ear

I am writing in the hopes of receiving any important information that may help me.

I woke up one morning with a whooshing sound in my left ear, which increased in volume when my heart rate would increase. This lasted for about a week and has now been replaced with ringing sounds that I hear primarily in my right ear.

Is there anyone who has similar symptoms? What is the best course of action to receive a diagnosis?

I have had an MRI done that came back clear and I am scheduled for a CTV soon to see if anything can be found.
