Introduction — Tinnitus After a Night at a Club — Also Diagnosed with TMJD

Hi. I am in a similar situation to the author. I had light tinnitus, then I used some loud machines, even with ear protection, and the tinnitus spiked. and there is a bit of ear pain, not a lot. so much anxiety though.

Not sure what I'm asking for. but muscle tightness, super tight. Chewed gum for about a year straight, lots, prior to this. so maybe that had an input. also even earlier the dentist did work on my back teeth—after which I felt like I couldn't open my mouth as wide as usual. What's that about?
