      Tinnitus Since:
      04/20
      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Earbuds
Is air flow the safest procedure for dental cleaning? I have heard ultrasonic is the one to avoid. If I am not mistaken, air flow uses water, air, sodium bicarbonate and is not ultrasonic.

Any recommendations? It will be my first dental appointment since having tinnitus, 7 months ago.

I would recommend dental cleaning using manual tools. The quality of the cleaning is the same, and unlike with those innovative techniques, there is no risk.
