      Cause of Tinnitus:
      noise + 3 major increases via (shouting / MRI/ flu+Tylenol)
I have a tool that can generate tones in intervals and after I turn it off the tinnitus seems to be better for a few seconds but then it returns. So is it good to do this on a regular basis?

IMO it's not good and I'm not aware of anybody who said their tinnitus was reduced or stopped(cured) by RI. The few seconds of possible benefit? means you are reminding yourself of your tinnitus rather than doing other things which take your focus off your tinnitus.
