Don't miss the opportunity to attend Tinnitus Quest's online Q&A with Dr. Susan Shore and Jon Pearson, CEO of Auricle on October 13. We will hear the latest about the Susan Shore Device.
@Afeef
Ofloxacin belong to fluoroquinolone class of antibiotics.
For what are you going to take it? Do you have antibiogram marking antibiotics resistances done or is doctor shooting in dark with antibiotic choice? If possible get amoxicillin first (unless bacteria is resistant to penicillin and methicillin antibiotics).
There are reports of ototoxicity when given in oral form. Given how fluroquinolones that way can mess up people tinnitus is least of concerns I would have.
Here is site where people describe cipro/levo etc side effects they experience that destroyed their lifes. You can also find probably facebook page. http://floxiehope.com
