Is This Low Tone with Me "Forever" as Tinnitus?

I'm curious...
Seems I am responding very well to the sound generators. I've had them for a 6 days. I'm no longer responding negatively to every sound I hear. I still respond negatively when it's too loud, or certain tones, but overall, I think I'm doing awesome.

...unless I don't have the SGs in. Then I'm less tolerant. Still better than before, but I definitely notice a difference.

...and I still hear this low tone that gets louder with sound - any sound. (which is different than my T in my left ear, which stays a pretty consistent volume/tone.)

I'm curious, is this low tone with me "forever" as T? Or will the SG fix this like it's fixing my negative response to noise?
