So I've had tinnitus for about 20 years, the basic high pitch with a breeze on top. Got a new sound about 4 years ago and for about 7-8 months I started to occasionally getting this moments of beeps in my right ear.

If my ordinary tinnitus is like a line that is stable, it´s like all of a sudden there are beeps breaking this line.

It never lasts for more than a few seconds, but at some times the row of beeps can be longer or shorter than the previous experience.

like; ---------------^--^--^---------- (terrible illustration, but you get the point)

These beeps are around 4-500 Hz while my other tinnitus sounds are about 250 Hz and 8000.

      Any thoughts?

pulsatile tinnitus is in sync with your heartbeat... in exactly the same beat. anything else is not.
