I'm finding tinnitus is weighing heavy on my shoulders these days. Feeling a bit low. It seems when other problems arise and accumulate, it is the tinnitus that is the extra burden that breaks me. I find it wears me down and exhausts me. I've had terrible back pain, stress at work, etc and now the old T is at its worst. Just when I need to try to rest the T doesn't let me.
I find the inability to truly relax and get restful sleep is the worst thing about it all. I try relaxation techniques and mindful meditation but with limited success. I have a loud cascade of high pitches to put up with these days which just seem to amplify with time. If anyone has a method of truly reaching a relaxed state please share it with us. I am sure I'm not alone with this problem.
