      Not Sure Yet
I have had a persistent problem over the last few months of ringing in my left ear and have quite a bit of hearing loss in the left ear. I am 34 year old male with no medications, illnesses, or other symptoms other than the hearing loss and ringing.

My understanding there is typically not much that can be done about this. My initial thought was I got this because I cleaned my ear excessively. That feels like it is the answer but I don't know for sure.

Is it best for me to visit a GP, an audiologist, or ENT. I have a high deductible health plan, so I guess I would just pay for this out of HSA contributions. Any help would be appreciated.

Definitely have a hearing test, so see an audiologist. You may find a hearing aid helps with your hearing and tinnitus.
You should visit an ENT as you may need an MRI and some other tests.
So see both as soon as you can.
      Hope that helps.
