I'm sorry for your pain. Lyme is a horrible condition and I know it's very tough. I think lyme can effect the neurological system. I suffer from fibromyalgia , so I am in the same shoes as you are. Both Lyme and firbo are brutal and painful. I have chronic tinnitus and it is loud as well. I make quite a few positive posts on this forum, other members liked it. Hope you feel better and know that you are not alone. All of us deal with complexities all the time.
Yes Lyme and I think co infections. It's so debilitating. I don't know what to do myself. Right now the ringing is going from left to right ear its really weird. I think I have an umbilical hernia again but they won't listen. It's hell
I go to a chiropractor to loosen the spine for my nervous system. I go to Biomagnetic pair treatments, I do hypnosis, massage, I take zinc, ginko, magnesium, Vitamin B 12.
I was just diagnosed with early acute Lyme disease three weeks ago. I'm pregnant, so they could only prescribe Amoxicillin for two weeks. I'm seeing a Lyme specialist soon to make sure there are no co-infections as well.
Sudden, unilateral tinnitus is my only symptom. That's why I wasn't diagnosed sooner — several doctors and ENTs told me it was due to stress, possible TMJ, or just a strange pregnancy-related issue.
Was tinnitus your only Lyme symptom? How soon after being infected were you tested and treated for Lyme?
