Many Days of Peace, Now Raging Again

Hi friends.

Anyway just to say that my T has given me a lot of peace recently !

I have had many days and nights of silence ! Wonderful ! That is until yesterday when it started raging again .Don't know why . I reckon it will settle again so although it is very bad now I am not too worried.

So for fellow sufferers , hang in there . It can get better. Not long ago I was suicidal. Now I can manage even when it is bad .You get to live with the monster.
I say thank you all for the help and wish you all the best luck.I have a feeling this might be the last time I come here.
