So I took Medrol for an allergic reaction and my tinnitus is just a small sizzling now.

So what does that mean? There's swelling somewhere in my ear? I notice it increases in volume when the medicine is starting to wear off.

Could be the same thing that happens to me when I take the antihistamine phenergan. My noises dwindle away to barely nothing for many hours. Always comes back though. Could be some type of inflammation.

When I take antihistamine, my T goes down to a low hiss. It's strange because I'm pretty sure my T is noise induced.

That doesnt mean there wouldnt be inflammation...i really think tinnitus is part chronic inflammation. It did help my hyperacusis so thats probably part of it
