Mono/Epstein Barr and Effect on Ears? (Eustachian Tube)

So I've been googling trying to find a link but really haven't found any besides mono increases adenoids which causes ETD.

I've had ETD for a year now, as well as the fact I was tired, I later found out I have mono also (for almost a year now) I never really was sick from mono, just lots of fatigue, depression, etc.

I've had slight tinnitus, but the type that I don't notice unless I focus on it. I'm just wondering if all this could be related to mono?

I've read that chronic ebv can cause tinnitus. I'm wondering if I might have this too. Going to get a blood test to confirm
