Morning Sounds

I have noticed the past few days that my T is less in the morning and builds throughout the day. It seems to increase as I hear more sounds (by the end of my commute). Is this my T trying to compensate? Will wearing ear plugs when I wake up help me to lessen the build up of the sound of my T? Also, I noticed that I am more sensitive to sounds. They are more painful then they used to be. Why is that? I am planning on having children and I noticed that my niece's cry really pisses me off. What am I going to do????
