Hey - I think, unfortunately Tinnitus has its own agenda despite our best efforts at ‘protecting’ our ears. Noise exposure will be unavoidable sadly... crazy how we never batted an eye before at sudden noise! x

      Hi everyone in this thread!

I also have multiple tones, I think now I have 2 or 3 in my left ear and 3 in my right ear. Not all of them at the same time... volumes also change. It's been a bit more than two months since the onset.

I am wondering how are you doing now and how your sounds have evolved?

      Hi there, yep!

3 main tinnitus sounds for me.

-1 in left ear modulating between 3 kHz & 4 kHz.
-1 high pitched (around 10 kHz) in the center of the head.
-1 at 3.5 kHz (intermittent) in the right ear.

I had 3 or 4 more sounds in the first 3 months... (buzz, cricket, paper sound)...

I think sometimes it's like since the "door" is open, everything is possible...

      How are you doing @Still-Hope?

Are you on your way to habituation? I feel that habituation with multiple sounds must be really difficult.
