Having a rather loud day here. I am new to this and it doesn't help that I also have GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder) 
On a very loud and anxious day I have a 3 prong attack plan.
First do a deep meditation.
Second take some CBD oil for the anxiety.
If still feeling like I am going to jump out of my skin...
Then thirdly take 1/2 milligram of Klonopin.
It was a Klonopin day today... I feel much more relaxed and in control now. It took the hard edge off.
I am very aware of the dangers of benzos. I only use them very very sparingly and when I do they are a lifesaver.
