My Frequent Daily Habits...

Clenching jaw.
Sad pained eyes looking back at me in the mirror.
I sob to myself daily. A big strong man sobbing like a baby.
I hold my head in my hands.
I sometimes bang my head.
I sigh all the times.
I curse all day.
All human beings irritate me.
I never ever laugh anymore. Never.
I walk with my head down in the streets.
I avoid everyone.
