My Sound Got Louder, and I'm Not Feeling So Good About It

I just feel really afraid and in pain right now. I got through this feeling before when I first got it but I'm tired of dealing with everything alone. Not just with tinnitus, with everything, I just have no one to go to. And lately, it's been getting to me.

 

Why did your sound get louder?

 

i think maybe cause i was sick, but it seems to have died down a bit. feeling much better now

 

I am glad that it wasn't serious and that you are improving. Is it quieter compared to how you it sounded a year ago?

Think of it as "Life without Compromises." Be happy that you don't have a "ball and chain" to make your life even more difficult.

 

it's hard to know for sure, but i don't think so, every now and then something randomly happens and then it randomly goes away, or dies down or whatever. i probably just got used to it honestly. i do know that my ears don't flutter at the very least.
i guess, but neither opposite is good. help would be so...helpful
