- Gunshot Exposure
It's my 13th week with tinnitus after loud noise exposure. Last 2 weeks were very decent. I get minor clogging in in either ear sporadically, but it no longer occurs regularly every morning. I haven't had Fleeting T in the past 5 weeks. Headaches come and go, and at this point I am not sure if it's tension/weather related or caused by T.
My T continues to be minor ringing in right ear and static. I can hear ringing in morning and in evening, typically when it's really quite before waking up or right before going to sleep. I cannot say that ringing has changed at all in past 3 month. Static I hear mostly in the evening. I feel like static is more a reaction to full day exposure to sound. Everyone will get some temporary static after long term exposure to loud noise (e.g. club, loud machinery). I feel that my reaction is the same but to regular sounds.
One thing has changed. When my T started I used to get louder ringing when creating pressure in my ears (e.g. equalizing, yawning). I noticed that this no longer occurs.
I will continue to write this on monthly basis. Hopefully, at some point I can write a success story.
What I do
I do some of the following on irregular basis
