My Tinnitus Got Worse

I had tinnitus since 2010 it didnt bother me much because it was mild. But 2 weeks ago it got really worse now i can hear it over the tv the only thing that mask it . is the shower . I dont think i can cope with this for any longer and I am only 24. I dont know what to do

Have you seen a doctor about your tinnitus? Do you have hearing loss?
I think you CAN cope with this. You may have to ask for help from family or a therapist but you can cope. People on this forum will understand your feelings. Turns out.......People with hearing loss make great listeners! Welcome to Tinnitustalk and hang in there!

I don't have hearing loss. But i am going to ear specialist tommorow to see whats the problem with my ear .Thank you for your help lorac
