   I went to a accupunturist and she advice me stop taking cold drinks and cold environment, then she told me to decrease sodium intake because of my high blood pressure. I follow her advice and now my tinnitus decrease its level.

   That is great news! How long ago did you go to the acupuncturist? Are you still going to her? Does she think that if you continue with treatments, it will decrease even more?
