My Tinnitus Is Acting Strange (Lying Down and Posture Pump Increase It)

Over the past month I have been seeing a chiropractor and physical therapist for my T. VAST improvement in the loudness and some days I get silence. I've noticed something strange and I don't fully understand what is happening. When I lie down my T gets slightly louder and as part of my treatment I use this posture pump (my neck bones are super straight, signs of whiplash I've been told) and when I use it my T changes pitch to a much higher level. Anyone else have experiences like this?
