My Tinnitus Just Skyrocketed

My Tinnitus increased incredibly. Very loud now I havent had this before. Been with T for a week. It happened just when at sleep in a quiet bedroom. This could be an infection..

Quiet bedroom is not good for me, I did that a few days ago, woke up with crazy loud H, and T was up also.

From now on only white noise and background noise for me

Yeah, play some white noise/nature sounds on volume lower than you tinnitus at night. If it bothers you during the day, do it during the day too.

Just remember, volume lower than your tinnitus. You want to hear it over "masking" sounds.
