Myoclonus or TTTS, Can It Go Away?

I'm pretty sure I have myoclonus or TTTS, read all I can. It's in my good, non T ear. It comes and goes. It's worse in bed. I got it in February after an anaesthetic and heavy cold.
Any ideas on diet changes that help, or treatment I can do.
Has anybody had it go?
I have H too right now and feel a noisy day brings it on, as does noise like toilet flushing in our small bathroom.

Yes. me, with no treatmentat all.
I don't know what brought it, it came after T, and by that time I had taken a zillion meds for T.
