New to Forum, Had Tinnitus for Many Years

Hi all I've suffered with the dreaded tinitus for over a decade now. Mainly from my serving in the British Army but also working in heavy industry from age 16. It's part of my life now, I can deal with the constant variable ringing most of the time. It's the way it affects my interaction with friends and family in everyday life that really gets me down. So tired of asking people to speak up etc.
