I'm new here, just posting this as it said I had to have a first post in order to post a thread in the support forum. So this is my first time, no longer a tinnitus talk virgin... ;P

Hi Jeff, I was wondering what happened to you. Glad to see your back. I too am going through a rough period, but I am working my way through it like you.

Thanks Karen, yeah you know how these rough patches can be. It will pass though, I just have to wait it out....

@gary , Thanks man! Bummed to hear you are going through a rough patch!! I can certainly relate and understand!! I recently, for reasons totally unknown to me, went through a spike. Sucked. But I focused on the progress I had made so far, stuck to my program and got though it. You will to Gary!! Stay strong, focused and positive dude!!

Hi Jeff, thanks for the back up. Yes, you are right about staying focused. Now, as I am going through this very bad T week I find if I stay focused on a TV program, or involved in a conversation I don't even notice the T. The time that it goes un-noticed ( up to an hour) is getting longer and longer.
