Hi, I have just joined this forum, after researching a cure for my tinnitus. I have had slight tinnitus after a major road accident in 2008 which always gets worse with a cold or virus, and particularly sinus problems. I am asthmatic, and take steroids once or twice a year. This year I had a really bad dose of flu which left me a terrible sinus infection and ever since them the ringing in my ears has got worse, IT IS DRVING ME MAD. doc says my ear drums are bulging and have fluid behind my ears, but says nothing cane be done.
Help, any suggestions.

Fluid behind the ear normally subsides, although if it doesn't they can drain it.
