Hi everyone,
My tinnitus started on 29th may 2015 just after taking medications for gastric issues. I first thought it was a side effect and it went off after I woke up next day. It didn't come back till last Thursday, it was gone on Friday and came back on Saturday. Went to ENT doc said Eustachian Tube block and gave some meds and told to to blowing ear excersice every hour to clear the Eustachian Tube... It was gone today and came back after I had a nap.

Dont do valsalva manevuer to clear your ET. There are alternawtives so just google it okay? Someone got T from doing valsalva.

I think it's Telis whose tinnitus got a lot worse after trying the valsalva maneuver.

@Rex1991, I agree, stay away from valsalva. Your tinnitus is very new. And it's not uncommon at all to have it temporarily fade and then come back after a nap. There's something strange about the relationship between sleeping and tinnitus.
