A man in NYC complained about noise! I'm about to do the same.

New York Is a Noisy City. One Man Got Revenge.
Complaints to the city provided no relief, so a Manhattan resident sues companies to stop them from making noise. It's working.

Interesting article. Here the ban on leaf blowers is in full force. Thankful for that noise law.

But the constant construction and jack hammering continues as people tear down houses and build ugly big homes on small lots.
