Any one know if its safe to continue doing p90x twice a week only? I run a mile twice a week too. I do pushups, dumbells etc.. not heavy weights. Running should help with blood circulation in the ears.
I done insanity for the 8 weeks and with no effect on the t other than a 15 min or so spike after the workout which is pretty common I believe after any vigorous exercise that get your heart rate up. I think exercise is good for t as it makes you feel more relaxed, healthier etc. I would say continue and I can't see why there should be any issues.
