Persistent Chirping Sound in One Ear Possibly Linked to Neck Alignment Issues

Cause of Tinnitus
Unknown
I went to bed one evening and noticed a faint, intermittent beeping or chirping sound in my right ear. It has now been present for about six weeks. There is absolutely nothing I can think of that could have caused this. No noise-induced trauma, no hearing loss, nothing unusual. My general practitioner said my ears seem fine, with no blockages or signs of infection.

So I have started the process of seeing a specialist and getting an MRI. The only possible explanation I can hold onto is that it might be related to my neck. I have some known issues with my vertebrae, although nothing severe. I have attended three sessions with a physiotherapist, who noted that in addition to having forward head posture, my C1 and C2 vertebrae were slightly shifted to the right.

While the treatment has definitely helped with my sore neck and shoulders, the sound in my ear remains. Maybe, if it is neck-related, it will take more than three sessions to resolve.

Any advice or personal experiences would be much appreciated.
