      Cause of Tinnitus:
Possibly from problems with blood flow
Could you please explain what do you mean by that?

I have a pulsatile tinnitus in my left ear (it's synced with my heartbeat) and in general my tinnitus started from there and then spread further. I suspect the progression was caused by either antibiotics or regular noise exposure to already damaged ears. (from what I don't know and I'm not sure if they are damaged at all)

just because the questions aren't being asked doesn't mean it isn't happening. think about it.

if the questions aren't being asked, ask them.

"hey did your tinnitus go away after you got fx322?"
      yes/no.

      it's that simple.

also the endpoint is restoring hearing, which you agree, should reduce tinnitus.

guess what Mr. Man? they already showed it restored hearing in mice.

Yes it was caused by ipod and concert, it was worsened by ear irrigation (Caloric Test) and CVEMP. Which resulted in inner hair cell damage.

There are a lot of people without hearing loss and noise induced tinnitus.
And for sure a lot more people without tinnitus and noise induced hearing loss.

We should be comfortable with the fact that not all tinnitus patients have hearing loss.

Hearing loss is only one of all possible causes of tinnitus, and experts dispute whether this working hypothesis is relevant for 80% or only 20% of all patients.

The causal relationship between acoustic trauma and damage to the inner ear has been proven without question. It is also known that many sound trauma patients develop tinnitus.

Overall, however, the significance of damage to the inner ear and tinnitus is completely unproven. Perhaps inner ear damage is only relevant for a small subgroup of all tinnitus patients. The size of this subgroup is unknown.
