Possible Link Between Alopecia and Pulsatile Tinnitus?

Hi all, I am new here. I have had tinnitus for several years now, and over the last few months, I have developed pulsatile tinnitus in my right ear. I was also diagnosed with alopecia, an autoimmune disease that attacks your hair follicles, back in 2013. I can no longer grow facial hair, and my scalp is spotty. I am just curious if my alopecia could be attacking my inner ear hair cells and possibly causing all of this.
