I take 30 mg of prednisolone in the evening. Is it possible? The instructions say that it is desirable in the morning. Somebody took it in the evening. Is it dangerous?

It could cause insomnia. The first time I got a prednisone prescription, it was in the early evening. I took it right away. I can't say it had a big impact on my sleep. So if you can sleep after taking it, there is no reason to change the time when you take it.
