Hello,
I'm new to this so bear with me please. I've had tinnitus for about four weeks.
Yesterday I took some prednisone for another issue. It seems to have eased the ringing substantially.
Unfortunately I woke up to the regular sound. About 6-7 on a scale of 1 to 10.
The reason why I was on prednisone is because I went to the ENT Dr.
Last week and he recommended to have my wax removed with a micro suction machine. It was really loud. Well after the procedure was done I felt like my head was in a tunnel with the pressure, kinda like when you're on the airplane.
I went back a few days later and he said he's never heard of that and he put me on the prednisone.
So now not only do I suffer with the new tinnitus I'm also having hearing issues out of both ears! What a mess I am so disgusted scared and depressed.
