Pressure/Reverberation Sound

Hi All.

Just wanted to ask whether anyone gets a spike (an increase in their tinnitus---mine has been the usual loud EEE noise and just got louder today) AND then on top of it, a reverberating sound---like a truck is idling outside my house or the sound of an A/C unit humming away...

If so, will this go back down on it's own or is this something I should get looked at. Not sure what happened. I just woke up this morning to this increased noise/pressure/hum...
