Pulsatile Tinnitus Started 8 Weeks Ago

8 weeks ago I started hearing the first pulsatile tinnitus in my right ear, the first few days I listened only at night, then it became 24/7. I consulted ENT, he told me that my hearing was normal and really was normal, my symptoms are headaches and the pulsatil tinnitus. I was referred to the ATM specialist, because I have cracks on the right side, again it was normal. So I went to a neurologist, explained the whole situation and he requested a CT, again everything normal. So I started researching everything I could found about my situation, I found a site whooshers with several cases of cured pulsatile tinnitus. I consulted another neurologist, explained the whole situation again, he requested an MRI and MRA, for my newness, it came back normal, he suggested making a cerebral angiogram. I decided to see another neurologist for a second opinion, he also suggested an angiogram. I took the exam and nothing, it was normal. I was confident that this time something would appear, a fistula, aneurysm, stenosis ...

The problem remains unsolved. I'm lost now.

Some things I noticed at this time, when moving the jaw forward or pushing back the PT diminishes considerably. When I lie down and lift my head only at an angle above 45 °, it decreases as well.
Eating sweet foods increases PT.

Anyone else in the same situation?

Another important detail that I just forgot to inform, I was using a dental appliance for 1 year. 3 months ago I was using an eraser to pull my teeth from the bottom to the front and the teeth from top to back to adjust the bite. Two weeks after removing the rubbers that I used for 3 months began this infernal noise. Today when I put my finger inside my right ear I heard a strange noise, as if there was water behind the skin of the ear. I do not know if it's something in the ear (I do not feel pain) or in the jaw.
