Around a year ago I noticed a slight flashing in my left eye quickly followed by a constant ticking sound in my left ear.
I had an eye exam which showed posterior vitreous detachment and also had an appointment with an ENT specialist. This doctor said during a scope that he could see the clicking sound was coming from my Eustachian tube and referred me to a neurologist so that I could be started on anti-epileptic drugs in order to try and stop the spasms.
I also had an MRI which did not show anything.
Long story short, a year later I am no further forward as the clicking is worse than ever and is definitely pulse synchronous. I also have terrible buzzing in my head and neck.
Just looking for answers and to see if anybody else has had these symptoms?
