Hi everyone. Since December 2024, I've been experiencing pulsatile tinnitus in my right ear. I went to an ENT and had a hearing test, which came back normal, and an MRI that showed I apparently have twisted blood vessels near my right ear. They might be pressing on a nerve that controls facial expressions.
I often feel almost like a contraction in my head, a squeeze-and-release sensation, along with spasms up the right side of my scalp. I've been through the wringer, seeing multiple neurosurgeons, ENTs, rheumatologists, and allergists, but no one has identified a specific reason this is happening.
It's a constant ringing that shifts from a higher pitch to a lower one. It has affected my life ever since it began, and it's driving me crazy. Please, if anyone has similar symptoms, I would love to hear from you.
