      Hey everyone,

I'm fairly new into this (2 months) my tinnitus is severe (can hear it in a car for instance). I really have no trouble falling asleep but I always wake up after 4 hours, lately I've been having trouble falling back to sleep.. It changes though, sometimes I have somewhat full sleep after this 4 hour wake up.. I'm wondering if someone with the same kind of severity but longer time in (maybe even a year?) had the same problem and that it sort of managed to work itself out over time? That you might not even wake up after 4 hours anymore because the brain got used to the noise?

Thank you all and bless you!

Try exercising for an hour three hours prior bed time.
