Quinine Is NOT Good For Me

My T is screaming this morning after some good low level days, Now I have put this down to 4 reasons why. 1/ Sundays are never my best days anyway 2/ My new born baby Doves 3/ It is F1 day and I am so stressed over that I could not eat this morning. (So 2 & 3 are stress related). 4/ This is a FACT I run out of flavoured water I have been on for about a week now. And had the "Evil Quinine" tonic water with my Vodka last night. give the quinine a miss!

 

Quinine has be known to bring on T,lots of soft fizz drinks have this ,I'd avoid it ,got to increase ones T .id avoid aspirin ,as that's another can increase the T .Pays to check every ingredient on what you digest drink wise .
