Reactive Tinnitus on a Whole New Level

I'm severely affected by reactivity. My is pretty loud but really gets going with external noises. It can be a low noise that sets it off too! Certain noises are worse than others for me. A fan will trigger it instantly. How are you managing with yours? I've isolated myself to reduce spikes. Is it even safe too spike? I want to prevent any baseline shifts. I'd be a happy bunny too without hyperacusis / and the reactivity. Please let me know if you have any tips.
