Wondering if anyone can recommend any really good ear filters / plugs?
At the moment I use the Alpine party plugs which don't block out the sound but take down the decibels a bit!
Had ear filters in at the panto which was noisy but I still have had a spike. Hopefully it will settle down over the next few days.
