      Cause of Tinnitus:
      I don't know
When I woke up this morning I had no ringing. The first time in nine months. Then the volume increased but only to a very tolerable volume. I had a friend stop by to look at a bathroom faucet that I needed replaced. After he took a look he said that I needed a whole new vanity. I felt angry - volume stayed the same.
Then I received a surprise email message from my daughter. Volume stayed the same.
Then. THEN, I remembered an old resentment. I started re-living the situation in my head playing out the scene as I would have liked it to turn out. As you can guess. The volume increased.
Acceptance is the key to all my problems.

Yep, I re-live the situation that caused my tinnitus as it was caused by someone else's stupidly and I am reminded of that every work day because I share an office with him. It seems to make my tinnitus more noticeable when thinking about it.
Getting angry seems to make it worse too.
