A Ukranian show Орел и Решка (Heads of Tails) has Russian-speaking hosts and a fascinating concept. At the start of each episode, the two hosts flip a coin. The loser gets a $100 US budget (to be spent over the next two days). The winner gets an unlimited budget.
The winner normally spends around $10,000, but in some episodes the winner ended up spending well over $50,000 in two days. The winner normally stays at the most expensive room at the most expensive hotel. The penthouse suit at the Savoy in London cost over $25,000 a night. I remember them also renting an island for over $50,000 a night. It is interesting to see those expensive rooms. Most of the time it looks like we are not missing anything special. However, some rooms Do seem to be worth the high price...
They dine at the most expensive restaurants. They rent helicopters, yachts, and the most expensive cars. In one memorable episode, the winner had a helicopter drop him (and the meal from the most expensive restaurant in that area) off at the top of a South American mountain, where he sat at a comfortable table, and watched the sunset in solitude while sipping champagne.
Most episodes from their earlier seasons are available on YouTube.

It is possible that the show can be enjoyed even if you don't speak Russian.
