My name is Sean. I went to a handgun class on March 13 and 14th, 2021. I used normal ear protection. I've had ringing ever since. The ringing seems to come in spikes. Saw an ENT yesterday. He looked in my ear and said it looked normal so basically the advice was get used to it and hopefully the ringing will fade.
There is an incredible amount of information on this forum. Overwhelming really.
Any suggestions on how to get on top of this tinnitus as I am in the early stage of this condition?
