Ruptured Eardrum Caused by Wakeboarding, Ringing for 6 Weeks

Hello guys,

My name is David and for 6 weeks now I have had tinnitus. First I thought it was just a normal symptom that comes with a ruptured eardrum but that was incorrect, but I'm not even sure anymore.

I would love to hear from people that got tinnitus from a ruptured eardrum, maybe from something similar.

I don't think the hole in my ear is closed yet but I'm going to a specialist in 2 days, and then I will know more about my eardrum condition. But I only really care about the ringing in my ear that won't disappear.
